Gesher/SYTI Six Flags Trip 2018

7th-12th graders are invited to join SYTI for a day of fun at Six Flags America

Sunday, May 6
Meet at Temple Isaiah at 1:00
Return to Temple Isaiah around 8:00

(cost includes: park tickets, round-trip transportation by parent vehicle - see below to volunteer as a chaperone)

Participants will travel the park in small groups and have mandated check-in times with staff throughout the day.

Space is limited; RSVPs will be accepted in the order they are recieved

My child has permission to attend the Six Flags trip. They agree to follow all safety instructions and rules. I understand that this activity is not without risk and, as an inducement to permit the holding of this event and to permit my child(ren) to attend this event, agree to release Temple Isaiah of any and all claims that may arise as a result of any expenses, personal injury, loss or damages incurred by me or my child(ren) during my child(ren)s participation in this activity.
